Try to set your export

Try to set your export options to support the Russian character set.
You can do this in Tekla Structures Learning > File > Settings > Advanced Options > Export and there set XS_EXPORT_CODEPAGE to ansi_1251.
After setting the advanced option you need to re-export the drawings to PDF to have the fonts exported correctly.

Thanks a lot for the quick reaction, but it turned out that it is necessary to install a language pack for the Windows 10 and to set all the options for the respective language until then everything is fine and is already functioning properly, Thanks again!
