I use Windows 7 with Google Chrome

Firstly I every time I try to use the feedback form (on the bottom link), it errors saying that the current form is not the latest, and need to click reload, which I do, and still get the not-the-latest error.

Secondly, I cannot download the learning version due to server error:

"Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

About the feedback form: we are investigating the reason why this is happening. So far we found out that it's currently possible to use the feedback form when you are not logged in. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, but as a workaround until a fix is available, you can use the feedback form when you've logged out.

The problem with the downloading has now been fixed. Please try downloading again. In case downloading still isn't successful, please clear any temporary files from your browser and restart the browser. Let us know if you experience any problems!

One of my colleagues had the same issue, and there was some hick-up in his user account. We got him back on tracks again after he changed his password.

As a starting point, make sure you've logged out from Tekla Campus.
1. Click the Log in button on Campus's upper right corner. Now you'll end up into login page.
2. Click the Forgot password link. Fill in and submit the change of password.
3. Check your email for the security code link.
4. Confirm your pass word change in the My account page.

5. Then check that you can login to Campus website with your new password (at this point the website may show you some warnings or messages, but just carry on to the next step).
6. And then try starting Tekla Structures Learning again with your username and the new password.
