Base Plate (1047) Bolt Hole Problem

Hi guys

I have started to learn Tekla Structures v19. I want to make a basic steel project. But I cant do something. I add the U.S. Base Plate (1047) below to I profile and then There is a kind of mistake. How can I open bolt holes? Secondly, When I add the that base plate to another I profile, New base plates shown as a red cone. Is this a problem?

I hope You can understand my problem that images.

Base Plate Inquire You can see that, There are no bolt holes.

Red cone means that there are some problems with connection (distance between bolts, maybe plate thickness, anchors etc.) Press F1 when working in tekla to open help menu.. sometimes there can find usefull information.
