I am getting this error message, it was working this morning, and then just came up with the message and have been unable to get working ever since

I think the best thing now would be to wait until tomorrow and see, if the problem clears itself. Usually, this sort of issues clear within 24 hours.

I am having the same issue and it still doesn't work after 3 days.
I updated to 21.1 yesterday and the message changed a little:
" There is no available Tekla Campus license for this user. Sign in to Tekla Campus website to get a valid license."
Anybody can help me?
We are sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue. We see that there are two Patrice Carons using Tekla Structures Learning configuration. For one of them, the license has expired. Could you check that the account you use has a valid license? For instructions on renewing your license, please see this post.
If the license is valid, and you still receive the same error message, you could try clearing your Tekla Structures cache and cookies. To do that:
Go to the following folder: %localappdata%\Tekla\Tekla Structures 21.1.For example, C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Tekla\Tekla Structures 21.1
Delete the following files:QueryCacheAuthorizationCacheCookies
Start Tekla Structures Learning and log in with the account having a valid Tekla Structures Learning license.
