Firewall/proxy server settings

Hello,
I have Tekla BIMsight that was installed on my laptop.
When I swapped to a new laptop, I re-installed the software and it worked fine during the trial period, I kept ignoring the login stage.
Now that my trial is over, I am unable to login as it keeps saying my firewall/proxy server settings are not correct. The link that follows does not tell me what to do
