Sorry to hear you have experienced problems with Tekla Structures Learning edition.
I checked your license - it has expired some time ago.
Have you been able to renew your Tekla Campus license according to the instructions?https://campus.tekla.com/forum/installing-licensing-discussion-forum/how...
I could have sworn there was no renew button anywhere before, but now that I logged in one more time there it was!
So after I renewed the license everything started to work perfectly again. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thank you, it is running now without any problem :) Btw, is there a way to run student version offline?
For occasional offline use, Tekla Structures Learning works without an active internet connection for 24 hours at a time.
Dear Tekla Admin,
The error message "Error when connecting to the license server. Contact your system administrator or try another server." appears although I think that the Server Address is the right one. Please can you help me.
Thank you in advance.
have you downloaded Tekla Structures Learning here: https://campus.tekla.com/download ?
Tekla Structures Learning does not ask you to enter a server address. Instead, Tekla Campus user account acts as a license key, so you need sign in to your account when you run Tekla Structures Learning.
Hi when I try to log in to Tekla Structures Learning i get this message "There is no available Tekla Campus license for this user. Sign in to Tekla Campus website (campus.tekla.com) to get a valid license".
It worked earlier today and two days ago and I have tried to change password and username, and installing it again. Nothing works :(
What am I doing wrong?

I have a similar problem. My Tekla used to work fine but today it showed a license error message and I have not been able to use it since. I get the very first picture, but when it goes away nothing else appears and it doesn't open. Could you check my license to see if there is any problem?
