Hi Support team!
We have been reported the following error when using Tekla Structures Learning :
- In some PCS (5): after some days working there are warning error: "Error when connect to license server. Please contact your system administrator".
- In some PCs (4): after some days of working (5) we can not login Tekla Structures with current account. We tried to change password by go to Forget password but can not change.
- On all PCs: when we click on any menu tooltips there are error "Tekla Structures has stopped working and TS exist".

The (5) + (4) errors could be due to poor internet connection or perhaps you have a firewall blocking the licensing.
Thanks for your quick respond. Wifi connection is very good, browing Tekla Campus page is very smooth, window firewall was turn off.
Thanks for quick respond but all 40 PCs using very good wifi connection; browsing Tekla Campus very smoothly. We turn off fire wall already.

I have a problem with tekla structures learning . I instaled program at the few minutes and when I would start a work with tekla appear error : " Error when connecting to the license server. Contact your system administrator or try another server" What I can do ?

Are you using this Tekla Structures Learning installation for all workstations? Are you using the same login for all workstations?
Yes ,the same program ,but probably I wrote wrong login after instaled first time . How Can I correct my login? I reinstalled at least 5 times and doesn't work all the time .
I suggest you get in contact with your IT department. I fixed my 'fail to connect' error after changing how the computer connects to our network proxy.
Please try the following:
1. Click the Log in button on Campus's upper right corner. Now you'll end up into login page.
2. Click the Forgot password link. Fill in and submit the change of password.
3. Check your email for the security code link.
4. Confirm your pass word change in the My account page.
5. Then check that you can login to Campus website with your new password (at this point the website may show you some warnings or messages, but just carry on to the next step).
6. And then try starting Tekla Structures Learning with your username and the new password.

I can browse tekla website but can not ping. Is this the reason for the error "error when connecting to license server"?
Are you using the same username for several workstations? The amount of sessions that are available for one username at a time is limited. This could be the source of the problems you are experiencing.
There is now a new installation available, which includes a fix to the menu tooltip problem. If you wish to use menu tooltips, please go to Download to download the newest version of Tekla Structures Learning and install it.
I am a student, if I am using a Tekla Campus on my own computer at home, will it be possible for me to work on my model from home with our EDU-C licenses, in my collegue's computer.
Yes, models created with Tekla Structures Learning (the configuration that you can download from this site) and Tekla Structures Educational are fully compatible, so you can e.g. start at school with a Educational license and continue working at home using your Tekla Structures Learning license.
